Every request becomes a card on a shared Trello board. We communicate in the card comments, attach files and references directly to the work item, and move tickets through queue → in progress → review → done. Both you and Spaceman Media can move cards, but you choose what sits at the top of the queue. The whole process is asynchronous.
Most brands don't need a one-off shoot or a single video - they need a steady stream of photos, reels, and layouts every month. A flat monthly subscription removes the back-and-forth on quotes, scope creep, and rev-limited contracts. You get one creative partner across photo, video, and magazine design, shipping weekly.
